4th December 2015 – There have been some pretty profound backstage changes in the past few months at SynApps Solutions UK —changes analysed and explained in depth by our new co-CEOs James Paton and Mark Winstone in new blog posts.

Both company leaders express the power of the synergy of James as customer services co-ordinator and Mark’s as sales and marketing manager, which will mean that both parts of the company will work even more closely going forward.

James’s blog drills down into the new professional services structures now being bedded down – in particular, the move to our becoming an ISO 27001 information security certified company. Read James’s full blog post for yourself here.

In Mark’s companion post, while echoing James’s commitment to professionalisation and standardisation as the new SynApps ‘watchwords,’ he also finds time to offer a fond farewell to Jim Whitelaw, who has retired as MD and will be leaving SynApps at the end of 2015, though he will continue to offer us support.
