Solution Delivery Services
We offer a comprehensive range of post-implementation support services for the entire solution that we implement and for customer legacy applications. These are all provided as a “one-stop-shop” service with full commitment to, and monitoring of, SLAs that are designed to meet the specific operational requirements of each customer.
Our company is accredited with ISO9001, ISO27001, Cyber Essentials Plus & NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit ensuring our projects follow rigorous quality, and project management processes. We have an appointed Clinical Safety Officer who ensures all our deployed Healthcare solutions are regularly reviewed and documented to meet the needs of DCB0129.
Managed Services Portfolio
SynApps Solutions managed service offering provides customers with a complete solution for all their application support and management needs. The service leverages our technical experience, and best practice developed in conjunction with customers and industry standards to provide support and hosting services.
In addition, we operate an active Information Security Management System (ISMS) and have been ISO27001 certified and regularly audited by BSI. This ensures that our services are delivered to a high standard and provide confidence to our customers that we take their data security seriously and it is managed in a both professional and secure manner.
