This provides for the active monitoring of key performance indicators, identify early any underlying performance bottlenecks.

Our application support service is tailored to understand the customer environment and resolve incidents. Operating 2nd and 3rd line support, calls are typically logged by the customer’s 1st line support team using our support site, email or telephone.

Application Hosting/Cloud Managed Service

We offer a range of cloud hosting services including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) and other Specialist Cloud Services such as Cloud-based backup. In conjunction with our Cloud Managed Service, we offer our customers a complete solution tailored to their specific needs.
