The event will be opened by Neil Taylor a 20-year veteran of the NHS and a former NHS CEO.  Neil will be joined by David Walliker, CIO of Liverpool Women’s NHS Foundation Trust, David Burns from NHS Supply Chain and SynApp’s Mark Winstone.
