Document and records management (EDM & EDRM)
SynApps Alfresco Document Management in the Cloud and SynApps Alfresco Document & Records Management in the Cloud harness the open source Alfresco platform for electronic document management (EDM) and electronic document and records management (EDRM), enabling organisations to rapidly and affordably deploy highly scalable, subscription-based best-of-breed EDM and EDRM applications.
SynApps Intelligent Document Capture in the Cloud lets users capture key paper-based documents using a wide variety of scanners and multi-function peripherals. These can then be auto indexed and stored in a secure cloud-based repository so that they are accessible online in a controlled, secure environment.
