Alfresco Summit in Barcelona 4-7 November 2013. He will be speaking on Wednesday 6 November on the subject of: ‘What You Need to Know: Running a Successful Content Management Project ‘ in Barcelona Room Five, 1.40pm–2.30pm. His presentation has a Technical Rating of 1.
On the panel, expert Content Management practitioners discuss the business aspects of planning and delivering a successful Content Management project. The panel will also cover common project risks and success factors that need to be considered from day zero of a project. Topics include stakeholder management, change management, project phasing, and migration planning.

With his extensive knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and his blue chip transformational consulting and business change experience, he is ideally suited to lead strategic Information Management initiatives.
David led the UK Power Networks ECM Programme team that won the 2013 Consumer Website of the Year award, one of the Corporate Comms’ Digi Awards sponsored by CorpComms, the magazine for the Corporate Communicator.
