SynApps delivered its purpose-built ConXFlow integration capability, to create a comprehensive case-by-case project lifecycle management solution and record system for the cruise line. Sitting on top of the firm’s existing Alfresco content management platform, SynApps ConXFlow provides an integrated process workflow to automate and streamline project management and associated communications using documents and information captured in Alfresco. The cruise line’s ability to respond more swiftly to changes earlier in the build cycle will enable significant savings. The fact that the company now has its own digitalised record of all shipbuilding plans will make renovations and adaptation of designs for sister vessels more efficient. This, along with the complete record of all interactions with shipyards, will also inform warranty-based work and contractual discussions.
