The panel will also cover common project risks and success factors that need to be considered from day zero of a project. Topics include stakeholder management, change management, project phasing, and migration planning.

With his extensive knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and his blue chip transformational consulting and business change experience, he is ideally suited to lead strategic Information Management initiatives.
